Magnolia Avenue Walkabout – The Hunt!

So much has happened in the past month and yet I’ve not shared. Being somewhat busy planning several up-and-coming trips I will be taking over the next few months, I’ve allowed research and planning to overtake my time.

However, I did  take time out today to go on a quite fun (and much-needed) adventure with my camera and a handful of photog-friends! We had planned to do a photo walk on Magnolia Avenue in the Near Southside Community and Fairmount National Historic District of Fort Worth. To give the walk a little twist, we went on a scavenger hunt to find certain subjects to photograph.

Below is the list and the photos I took (I confess, some are a bit of a stretch):

The color PINK

Anything ROUND

Something on the GROUND

Something ROUGH

Something SMOOTH

TEXTURED

WINDOW

Things that are BREAKABLE

Architectural DETAIL

Unique LAMPPOST

A DOOR

PATTERNS

GLITTER or SPARKLE

Things that are STRAIGHT

Something CURLY

NUMBERS

ALPHABET

Represents LOVE

A CLOCK

SHADOWS

As I mentioned, some of these were a stretch to qualify for the list.

Comments make me happy!
