Christ of the (Colorful) Ozarks on a Dreary Day

On our way home from Missouri, we made a stop in Eureka Springs.

With the beautiful fall colors, we knew it would be the perfect time to see this quaint little Victorian village. And it was!

The only thing that would have made this quick drive through better, is if the weather wasn’t quite so dreary. But the trees’ colors were absolutely gorgeous!

One stop was a visit to the famous Crescent Hotel and Spa.

From the balcony of the fourth floor we spotted this…

the Christ of the Ozarks monument. What a sight it was to see this giant statue rising high above the very colorful ozarks.

Even on a dreary day.
