The Twelfth Day of Christmas

Now on the twelfth day of Christmas, which is actually publishing on Christmas Day, I can share that we just returned from a second cruise for the year. This time it was to celebrate the graduation of Son from the University of Texas at Austin. He hasn’t graduated yet, but will in the Spring. However, due to timing of graduation, Sweet Hubby’s work schedule and son’s hopeful move to grad school, we knew it would need to be celebrated early.

I am scheduling this post ahead of time, so I do not have photos to share from the trip. Yet.

So instead, let me share a photo from earlier this month of a heart-touching event I was a part of (along with 60 other volunteers.)

It was our first involvement with Help-Portrait: a global movement of photographers giving of their time, gear and expertise to give back to those in need.

What an experience! I can say without doubt that each and every volunteer was as blessed, if not more, than those who we were there to bless.

Speaking of Blessing…

God bless you all and

Merry CHRISTmas!
