Springtime in Texas

A new fave! Yep, not exactly sure why, but I just really like this photo.

I think it has something to do with:

• the beautiful colors – the Bluebonnets have a purple look (and we all KNOW that I’m all about purple!)
• the dirt road
• the rolling hills
• the vastness
• the reality of this area not being all that far from me
• the fresh air –  can you smell it?
• the textures
• springtime in Texas!
