2011, Week 15 – Power of Prayer

I have something a little different for this week’s FotoFriday52.

Last night a huge line of storms developed from central Texas all the way up to Nebraska (and maybe beyond.) As soon as they started to develop further south and I saw they were heading towards us, I began to speak to them.

The Word says in Proverbs 18:10, “The name of the LORD is a strong tower; The righteous run to it and are safe.” I spoke to those storms in the name of Jesus and commanded them go around our house. I told them they were not to come near us.

And this is what happened: (The blue pin is my house.)

Here is the final photo zoomed out so you can see the vastness of the storm. The only one I didn’t get was the very first when it developed to our west and was obvious it was heading our way. Notice the break around the blue pin! God is good and His Word is True!
